Prebiotic Fibers (Sunfiber®)
Sunfiber® is a water soluble, prebiotic fiber prepared by enzymatic fermentation of Indian Guar Beans. Sunfiber® delivers a high dietary fiber content, stable over a wide pH-range. In the gastrointestinal tract Sunfiber® is slowly but completely fermented by the gut bacteria, especially by Bifidus bacteria, increasing the amount of the so-called Short Chained Fatty Acids in the colon such as acetate, propionate and butyrate. As Short Chained Fatty Acids are considered one of the most important energy sources for the intestinal epithelial cells, increasing the amount is considered favorable for the digestive system.
More than 100 clinical studies have demonstrated the positive affect of Sunfiber® on the digestion.

Recommended Use:
