What is in our OptiMSM® Gel?
Seven ingredients, nothing more:
- OptiMSM® (MSM, methylsulfonylmethane): an organic sulfur compound, in the purified OptiMSM® grade that we also use in our capsules and powders. OptiMSM® is produced in the United States by multi-stage distillation.
- Plant-based glycerin: retains moisture in the gel and on the skin.
- Vitamin E (tocopherol): protects the plant-based components of the gel against oxidation during storage.
- Water, a gelling agent, glyceryl caprylate and potassium sorbate: the base that gives the gel its structure and keeps it shelf-stable.
This is the simplest way to use MSM on the skin, without additives you do not need.

What do you use OptiMSM® Gel for?
OptiMSM® Gel is a caring gel for daily use on clean, dry skin. The gel is fragrance-free and absorbs quickly, without leaving a greasy film. Customers use the gel on the face, hands, elbows and other areas where the skin could use some extra care. Because the gel contains no essential oils or fragrance, it is also suitable for people who are sensitive to fragrances.
OptiMSM® Gel or CM Cream?
Both products contain MSM, but they are made for different purposes.

Composition
Ingredients: Aqua, Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), Sodium Acrylate/Acryloyldimethyltaurate/Dimethylacrylamide Crosspolymer. Glycerin (vegetable), Glyceryl caprylate, Tocopherol (vitamin E), Potassium sorbate.
Storage: Store sealed and in a dark, room-temperature place outs of reach of children.
Use & dosage
Recommended use
Usage: Apply the gel several times a day to clean, dry skin and gently rub it in until it has absorbed. Suitable for daily use. For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes.
Storage advice
Storage: Store at room temperature in a dark, dry place, close the packaging properly after use and keep out of reach of children.
