Vitamine B Complex

It has long been known that B vitamins work best in combination with each other. This is because they work closely together. B vitamins are water-soluble vitamins that the body needs to function normally, because they are water-soluble, the body does not store them. Excess vitamin B consumed during the day is excreted through the urine, this means that these vitamins must be consumed every day to meet the body’s needs.

What is liposomal?

Liposomes are microscopic fat particles that form a “ball” made of fatty acid chains arranged against each other.

The fatty acid chains arrange themselves with the fat-loving tail toward each other, and the water-loving head outward. This creates small spheres with a hollow interior in which active (water-soluble) ingredients can be trapped. (See Figure 1)

The liposomes protect the nutrients from being broken down by the digestive juices in stomach, and are absorbed into the bloodstream through the intestines.
Because the liposomes have a similar structure to body’s own cell membrane, it is easily absorbed after which the nutrients are absorbed into the cell.
