Additionally, krill oil naturally contains astaxanthin, a powerful carotenoid. Our krill oil comes from sustainable, controlled harvesting in the clean Antarctic waters under CCAMLR oversight.

Scientific background
The Daily Basics bundle is based on the principle that supplementation is most effective when nutrients work synergistically. Omega-3 fatty acids in phospholipid form are more bioavailable than traditional fish oil, because phospholipids follow the natural structure of cell membranes. Minerals from red algae (Lithothamnion calcareum) provide all 75 minerals and trace elements in their natural ratio, as they occur in nature. Biologically active vitamin forms such as P5P (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) and 5-MTHF (5-methyltetrahydrofolate) are directly usable by the body, without requiring conversion.
