What is vitamin E in?

Nutrition and dietary supplements: What is vitamin E in?

What is vitamin E in and how do you get enough? Vitamin E is not produced by the body and must be taken through food and dietary supplements. But what is vitamin E in? Vitamin E is found in vegetable oils, nuts and seeds, oily fish, whole grain cereals, some vegetables (such as spinach) and fruits. Unfortunately, vitamin E is generally not well absorbed in the body. Research has shown that taking a vitamin E capsule with a fatty meal slightly improves absorption, but not yet enough.

Vitamin E T8

Kala Health’s vitamin E T8 Complete is produced with a unique and patented ‘self-emulsifuing delivery’ system. This means that the fat-soluble nutrients in the capsules form small globules (’emulsion’) by themselves in the gastrointestinal tract. These fat globules are absorbed much more quickly and efficiently. The results of this study show that thanks to this system, the absorption of vitamin E is improved by 250%!
